These Terms of Service apply to your use of the Vintora online store and purchases made through it. By using this store or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the store or place an order.

About our store

Vintora sells wine aerators and related accessories. Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform we use to offer products and process orders. Product purchases are made from Vintora, not Shopify.

Using the store

You must be legally able to enter a purchase agreement, or use the store with permission from a parent or legal guardian. Provide accurate contact, payment, and delivery information. Do not use the store for unlawful activity, fraud, interference with its operation, or infringement of another person’s rights.

Products and safe use

We aim to describe products accurately. Images are illustrative, and colors can vary by screen. Please follow the instructions supplied with your product, including charging, cleaning, and safe-use directions. We sell accessories, not alcohol; follow applicable alcohol laws and use responsibly.

Orders, prices, and payment

Prices, currency, discounts, applicable taxes, and any additional charges are shown at checkout before you submit your order. Payment must be authorized for your order to proceed. We may contact you to resolve an incorrect address, payment issue, stock problem, or suspected fraudulent order. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will notify you and refund any payment for the unfulfilled items.

If we discover a material pricing or product-information error affecting your order, we will contact you with the corrected information so you can decide whether to proceed or receive a refund. Changes to prices or these terms do not retroactively change an accepted order.

Vintora branding, text, and original images are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use store content for personal shopping purposes. Do not copy or distribute it commercially without permission from the rights holder.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability, guarantees, warranties, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
