Free tracked shipping

Vintora offers free standard tracked shipping to the destinations available at checkout. Any applicable taxes or other charges are shown at checkout before you place your order.

Delivery time

Estimated delivery is 7–15 days from the date you place your order. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Carrier delays, holidays, weather, customs, or other events outside our control can affect delivery.

Tracking your order

We will send your tracking link within 48 hours of your order. Carrier tracking can take additional time to show its first scan. If you have not received your link within 48 hours, contact us through our Contact page with your order number.

Shipping address and order changes

Please check your delivery address carefully before ordering. Contact us promptly if you need to correct it or cancel an order. We will help where possible, but changes may not be possible once the order has shipped.

Delayed, missing, or damaged parcels

If delivery takes longer than the estimated window, or tracking says delivered but you cannot find your parcel, contact us so we can investigate with the carrier. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us and we will arrange a replacement or refund under our Refund policy.
